Long Distance Healing
There can be many different reasons for seeking a distance healing session, and each person arrives with their own experiences, expectations and hopes for the process.
I work online using audio only. Without the distraction of visual contact, many clients find it easier to deepen their self-awareness and strengthen the connection between themselves and me. This creates space for a more inward and authentic experience.
My approach is rooted in creating an energetic container — the field of support and presence that exists between practitioner and client. Within this safe and held space, we can gently explore whatever the body wishes to reveal. Our higher self, inner wisdom and body intelligence communicate through sensation, images, memories and the subtle language of the felt sense.
At the beginning of a session, we spend time reflecting on where difficulties are showing up in your life. Through conversation and compassionate enquiry, we often uncover themes or patterns that weave through your experiences and relationships.
As you speak about what is troubling you, physical sensations may naturally arise, offering a place for us to focus our attention and hold energetically. If connecting with the body feels difficult, I will gently guide you through a visualisation, inviting you to notice areas of sensation, numbness or places that feel blocked or restricted.
The session unfolds through a natural flow of conversation, awareness and quiet reflection. It is a collaborative process, and all I ask is that you bring a sense of curiosity and openness towards yourself, allowing space to explore whatever emerges.
Distance Healing offers an opportunity to connect with whatever your body, mind and spirit may most need in the present moment. You may be seeking support with a physical issue, emotional challenge, or a deeper sense that something within you is asking for attention. Sometimes healing takes place at a subtle, cellular level, becoming apparent only as we gently pay attention together.
This work often brings us into relationship with the hidden or shadow aspects of ourselves — the vulnerable parts we may have spent years suppressing or protecting. It is gentle work, guided by compassion and a deep commitment to creating safety as we meet these places within.
By addressing the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual dimensions of experience, this approach supports the release of blocked or restricted energy and creates space for the nourishing resources we all need to thrive. As greater balance and integration emerge, healing can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
After the session, the process continues as your system integrates the shifts that have taken place. New perspectives, insights and ways of being often begin to establish themselves over the days that follow.
Clients frequently report improvements in physical symptoms, increased energy, greater clarity and a renewed perspective on the challenges they face. This often enables them to recognise choices they did not know were available, helping them move forward with greater ease and the possibility of a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
"I have been having weekly remote healing sessions with Fiona for the past few months. (Prior to this, I had not been treated by Fiona). For me, remote healing has been a very positive experience with many benefits, and I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
During the sessions, you actually forget that Fiona is far away on the other side of the screen. To me, it is incredible what can be achieved and how healing really can work remotely in this way - it actually feels very hands on and you can feel changes in your body during the treatment. Fiona asks for feedback after each session and often provides support
and advice in between sessions if needed too. After many years of chronic pain, I finally feel like someone is able to feel and appreciate the pain and issues that I am suffering with day to day and to treat me for these, helping me to move forward in a more positive direction in terms of both actually relieving symptoms and long term pain management."
