CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a subtle system of natural health care that uses gentle non-invasive touch that supports the body’s innate ability to heal.

It is a powerful therapy that affects the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) to assist in improving function throughout the whole body.

Babies may develop areas of tightness or restriction in their bodies and this can happen for many reasons.

Using very gentle touch, CST offers a calm and supportive way for babies to release these patterns of tension, encouraging natural relaxation and balance.

Acupuncture is one of the longest established forms of healthcare in the world. Acupuncturists are trained to use subtle diagnostic techniques that have been developed and refined for thousands of years.

The focus is on you as an individual, not your illness, and all symptoms are seen in relation to each other.

Somatic Emotional Release (SER) is a gentle, body-centred approach that recognises the connection between our physical, emotional, and life experiences. Sometimes past experiences can become held within the body, influencing how we feel, respond, and move through life.

Using light touch and therapeutic dialogue, SER helps bring awareness to patterns that may no longer serve you, creating the opportunity for greater ease, resilience, and personal growth. Sessions are guided at a pace that feels safe and supportive, allowing meaningful change to unfold naturally.

By supporting the body and mind as a whole, SER can help you reconnect with yourself, release old restrictions, and create space for greater clarity, balance, and wellbeing.

If you or your teenager are currently undergoing teeth realignment with Invisalign or braces, you may notice symptoms such as tension headaches, jaw discomfort, or pain that travels into the neck and shoulders. These symptoms are common as the teeth and jaw adjust to new pressure.

A short CST session after an adjustment or tightening can help relieve this discomfort and support your body as it adapts to the changes.

Postnatal acupuncture can play an important role in supporting recovery after pregnancy and childbirth.

This approach is traditionally used to help replenish energy and support physical recovery, and also helps to promote healthy milk production and support breastfeeding, offering nurturing care during the postnatal period.

Children experience many physical, emotional, and developmental changes as they grow.

I work with children and young people from toddlers through to teenagers, supporting a wide range of concerns including sleep difficulties, behavioural challenges, growing pains, sports injuries, postural issues, and the effects of stress and anxiety.

Using a gentle, holistic approach, Craniosacral Therapy supports the whole child, helping them navigate the challenges of growth and development while promoting overall wellbeing.

Each situation is individual and there are so many different points that someone could be at when they come to me for specific fertility treatment. There are those who are within an assisted conception programme and those who are not. I work with and support all of those possible scenarios, treating both men and women where appropriate. There may be some lifestyle or dietary advice. Each case is held with awareness and sensitivity that the person’s deepest wish is to fulfil their need to be a parent.

Long Distance Healing is a mind, body, spirit approach to strengthen your internal environment and, within your Self, help create a more healing, integrated flow, which enables you to change and heal at your own pace.

It may be a physical issue, something you are struggling with emotionally, or something that is happening on a deep cellular level that can arise in your awareness when we simply pay attention to it together.

Fiona's work is an incredible combination of body and mind - helping me to access and release stuff that simple talking doesn't do. She is professional yet warm, creative, intuitive, understanding, powerful....and borderline magical! Her sessions are always surprising. I come out feeling completely different, and the impact is lasting. Strongly recommend for both emotional and physical issues.

HOW I
WORK

My approach has evolved over many years of practice, and I now draw from a wide range of skills and therapeutic modalities. There is no set formula. Each session is shaped in the moment, responding to the unique needs of the person in front of me.

Some clients choose acupuncture; but most clients receive hands-on CranioSacral Therapy, and some sessions naturally unfold into SomatoEmotional Release, supported by gentle therapeutic dialogue. I work by listening deeply — not imposing a plan or agenda but by following what the body’s wisdom is ready to reveal, to have witnessed and supported for transformation to be a possibility.

I don’t separate the four aspects of our Self — the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. Each one influences the others, and in honouring all of them, this approach becomes truly holistic.

I hold a grounded therapeutic presence rooted in neutrality, compassion and respect. My commitment to my own inner work — exploring the more shadow parts of myself — allows me to meet clients in their own depths with steadiness and understanding. We all carry stories of shock, loss, grief, fear and shame. These experiences are universal, even though the way they live in each of us is personal.

Some people come with very practical needs: to support the body before or after surgery, to recover from an accident or injury, or simply to restore better mechanical function. These needs are equally welcome.

When working with babies, I find the wellbeing of the parents is closely intertwined with the child’s system. It’s not unusual for a parent to receive acupuncture or CST during the same appointment. I don’t separate the baby from the family field — I treat the whole.

My work is organic, intuitive and responsive. There is no protocol, no script — only presence, deep awareness, and a safe, compassionate space where change can unfold in its own time.

"When you touch one thing with deep awareness,

you touch everything."
